Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to higher order volumes.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions. Below are the average estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped:
United States: 7–14 business days
Canada: 10–18 business days
United Kingdom: 10–20 business days

Please note that during holidays or busy periods, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections or import delays, which can extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause delays or cancellations.
If our system flags an address issue, our support team will contact you by email within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this time, your order may be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our direct control.
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@cthomegoods.shop as soon as possible. We will help you reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim and track the package’s status.
Most couriers require you (the recipient) to open a claim directly. We will assist with follow-up and updates, but please note that CT HomeGoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. In some cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion depending on the situation.
If the courier confirms that the package cannot be recovered, we recommend filing a police report for missing mail documentation.
