Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make adjustments.
If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you’re still unsatisfied, you may return your item anytime after 14 days and within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. (Please note: any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.)

Damaged Items
We take care to package all products securely to prevent damage during transit. A product is considered “damaged” only if it is defective or physically broken upon arrival. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (such as a dented box) where the product remains intact is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@cthomegoods.shop with a clear photo of the damaged product. Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to ensure quick and reliable delivery, but delays can sometimes occur that are outside our control (such as courier issues, customs, or weather events). CT HomeGoods cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we will not be able to resend or refund the order.
